As a Florida-based adventure photographer, my work spans a variety of subjects, but my passion lies in exploring the natural surface. Growing up in the heart of Florida’s spring country, I spent my childhood hiking, camping, and exploring state parks. I developed a deep love for the local springs, and as I got older, that passion led me to underwater exploration and photography, and even to working in marine biology.
Dear Readers,
For those who have may not heard, the most beautiful soul left this Earth this past August. Penny was a friend, a sister, a daughter, a beloved wife and Mimi… but to me she was my mother, my best friend, and the light of my world. It seems darker without her here, but I know the sun shines brighter now that she is in God’s arms.
Prior to her passing, my mother had delegated most of Portfolio’s tasks to me, with the goal of fully transitioning me as the new editor and creative director. I plan to continue my mother’s legacy and know she will be with me in spirit every step of the way. Thank you for your continued love and support.
